In 2004, he joined the Groupe Loret as the CTO in charge of telecommunication and information technologies. Mr. Ehsan Emami holds a master in Executive MBA; from the ESCP-EAP, France, and an engineering degree from Telecom Paris. French telecom engineering school.   Brings 17 years of professional experience in Network design and engineering, Pre-Sales and Product Management. He's worked in the telecoms deregulated markets in Europe (UK, France, Spain,) at Nortel Networks before joining GCN in 2005. Valery BIJOU has a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics and Telecommunications from Supelec, French Engineering school in Paris.

He has held executive positions at several Silicon Valley startups and global corporations such as Sprint, MCI, Pacific Gas & Electric (PG & E), Raptor Systems (acquired by Symantec), VPNet Technology (Acquired by Avaya), Differential, Inc. , Vertical Systems, Inc.   After 5 years at Alcatel Submarine Networks as Network Engineer and 2 years at Alcatel Transmission Network Division responsible for network design and integration platforms of transmission equipment with network management systems, he joined Global Caribbean Network. He also spent 2 years as Technical Director in Loret Telecom working on the deployment of Mediaserv and the regional networks of French West Indies and French Guyana. Francis ROSEY has a degree in telecommunications at ESME Sudria, french engenieering school in Paris.
